This is the first of the 2024/25 series of Futures discussions and the EdSIG Convening Team will introduce and discuss what they think the emerging themes in design education will be in the next few years.
The event will be a quick panel presentation followed by an open discussion with the community - so feel free to come along and share your thoughts, as well as your own ideas of what the emerging themes in design education are.

We will also be looking for ideas from everyone on future discussion events.
The Futures of Design Education series of presentations and discussions brings together design educators to share, discuss and consider key issues in design education. The aim is to highlight and share the plurality of contemporary, global practice and issues, as well as how this may inform futures of design education.
